Mrs. Gurule graduated from the University of New Mexico College of Education in 2015 and began her teaching career at Annunciation Catholic School. She taught 3rd grade at ACS until 2019, when she took time away from teaching to welcome her youngest son, Michael. In 2021, Mrs. Gurule returned to Catholic education by joining Holy Ghost Catholic School as a lunchroom aide. By spring break, she had stepped back into the classroom as the 2nd grade teacher. In 2022, she began the school year as a 4th grade teacher at Holy Ghost. She is excited to return to Annunciation for her 9th year of teaching and to be back at a school she has always held close to her heart.
When not teaching, Mrs. Gurule enjoys spending time with her husband, her best friend, and their two wonderful boys. They love camping and fishing together. She also enjoys baking, antiquing, and gardening.
"I believe every child has unique gifts and abilities to share with the world. My goal is to create a classroom where students feel loved, supported, and encouraged to learn, explore, and grow."
